2,300 lb Is Not a Typo

Most benches top out around 500 or 600 lb. This one is rated at 2,315 lb, and that number confuses people, so let me clear it up first: that’s you plus the weight on top of you, not a bodyweight limit. Still a lot of weight. YOLEO sent me this commercial weight bench because I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and, obviously, no stranger to home gym equipment. So I put it in my own rack and used it.
